“Hold yourself back, or heal yourself back together. You decide.”
― Brittany Burgunder
“I’m not good at relationships.”
“I fear my partner will leave me.”
“Relationships are so draining. I’m tired of feeling smothered.”
“I’m just not built for long term commitment.”
Have you been inching toward the resignation that this is just how life and relationships go? In this modern world, are we all just destined for subpar relationships, even admist success in other areas of life?
My friend, the answer to that is a big hell no.
Whether you’re single, partnered, or married, your relationships aren’t meant to feel draining, overwhelming, confusing, or a space of questioning yourself.
So many of us didn’t learn what we need to know in order to experience safety and fulfillment in ourselves as adults. We latch on to the ways of coping we learned earlier in life and, although these adaptations once helped us survive relationally, we now become hindered in life and relationships.
This 3 day intensive is the platform for you to catapult into a better life and greater fulfillment in your relationships, surrounded by others committed to doing their own work.
What most people don’t realize is that the roots of the relational woes and symptoms you’re experiencing often stem from our relational experiences in childhood/earlier life.
Through the legacy of your family, caregivers, and lived experiences, you began to cultivate your attachment style, or the way you relate to your partner and others in life as an adult (including your business and professional life).
Not all of us were gifted the healthiest of legacies. In fact, many of us instead received relational woundings and beliefs about ourselves and others that have actually interfered with our ability to create authentic and healthy relationships and partnerships.
At least, ones that last or feel truly safe and fulfilling.
When we don’t understand, process, or heal from these origin wounds, life and relationships can (and most often, WILL) feel difficult and painful.

How it works
This workshop is based on the concepts of neurobiology, somatic experiencing (body based work), mindfulness, Core Issues work by Pia Mellody, and attachment theory.
What makes this intensive so effective?
Neurobiology: When we address memory and emotion, the brain is able to create new neuropathways and ways of relating/functioning in adulthood.
Intensive work: Allows you to do intentional work in an intensive manner that will give you results akin to months of weekly therapy.
The group format: The collective support, validation, and ability to practice compassion toward others in the group will maximize your own experience and results.
The intensive is comprised of 4 phases:
Educational phase: You will learn about boundaries, family roles and challenges within the family system and how they can impact your development going forward. During this phase you will begin to understand the relationship with parents/caregivers from your upbringing perspective.
Getting your story straight: This process reviews your background, identifying the less-than nurturing events and dynamics in your relational environment from birth to emerging adulthood.
Experiential phase: Guided by the facilitator, you will experience a specific process to help identify and begin to heal childhood wounds. You’ll be able to reclaim empowerment over your own Self, emotions, and life.
Beyond the intensive: You will receive ongoing strategies and tangible resources to continue implementing your insights and healing into your life, work, and relationships.
