About Rachel Gaspar
Masters Level Intern helping clients transform their relationships through premarital counseling, couples, and individual therapy.
Hi! Iām Rachel.
I believe that we are social beings, and connection is at the heart of the human experience. My goal as your therapist is to explore obstacles in your relationships while deepening intimacy, trust and safety. Together we will reflect on the past, asses the present and equip you with tools to evolve your relationship into the future.
With loving, healthy relationships, we can navigate life's ups and downs together, feeling seen, heard and respected in the process.
Rachel is a masters level intern studying Marriage and Family Therapy at Texas Woman's University. At Millennial Life Counseling, she works with couples who are experiencing challenges in their relationships, whether it be communication difficulties, unresolved conflicts, or feelings of disconnection.
She believes in creating a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where both partners can openly express their needs and concerns. In addition to couples, Rachel also works with individuals seeking personal growth and improved relationships. Whether you're navigating life transitions, healing from past experiences, or striving for more meaningful connections, Rachel is committed to helping you build the skills and resilience needed for a fulfilling and empowered life.
Rachel is a Masters Level Intern supervised by Anne Streett, LMFT.
