I approach therapy from a collaborative lens, challenging the roles of power and dominant narratives on our functioning and interpersonal relationships. You are the expert of your story, and together we will rewrite your narrative, mending your relationships with self and others.
KAYLA SAMMONS, LMFT ASSOCIATE
Whether you are in a relationship, newly out of a relationship, seeking a relationship, or are fearful of relationships, now is the perfect time to explore the goals in your life.
My passion is helping you transition from one part of your life to the next in a purposeful manner.
April Henry, LMFT Associate
As a relational therapist, I know that neither partner is “the problem”, rather their patterns of behavior, and the negative cycle, is what keeps them from reaching their full potential. Through a collaborative and solution focused approach I strive to provide a space of fairness, trust, and growth for couples during each stage of their healing.
I’m also passionate about helping millennial women navigate the all-too familiar quarter-life crisis and significant life transitions.
Ashley Marie Eckstein, LMFT Associate
Relationships are hard. But change never happens in isolation. Deep down, we all are chasing after the same thing: connection. Intimate connection with another human being can be terrifying; you have to take risks and make yourself vulnerable, but if you’re willing to put in the work, the outcome can be life changing. I’m here for your relationship and ready to help, no matter how intense the conflict between you may be right now.
Katie hevia, lmft Associate, lpc associate
I believe that in order to achieve our best relationships with others, we must first strengthen our relationship with ourselves. My approach involves empowering clients to build self-compassion and awareness of the roots of their emotional, behavioral, and relational patterns with the ultimate goal of transforming challenges into pathways for growth.
rachel gaspar, masters level intern
I believe that we are social beings, and connection is at the heart of the human experience. My goal as your therapist is to explore obstacles in your relationships while deepening intimacy, trust and safety. Together we will reflect on the past, asses the present and equip you with tools to evolve your relationship into the future.
Anne Streett, LMFT, Clinical Director

My passion is in helping couples create and sustain a secure bond, connection, and partnership with each other so that they can handle all the things that life brings, will maintaining an actual fulfillment in their relationship long term.
Liz Higgins, LMFT-S, Founder
My passion for helping millennials began on my own search for love and journey towards marriage. I realized along the way that most of us really have NO idea what it actually takes to find- and sustain- a healthy, mature, yet passionate relationship. I believe that modern relationships have been turned upside down by the impact of social media, online dating, and the choice paradox, leading to a plague of commitment-phobia. My mission is to help couples and individuals acquire the tools and skills necessary to thrive in the modern age of relationships.
