Who we’re looking for
We are currently seeking a rockstar fully licensed clinician (LMFT, LPC) with couples therapy experience and training.
Couples therapy training and experience preferred. We are seeking diverse therapists who specialize in:
Couples Therapy issues
LGBTQ+ relationships
Multicultural relational issues
Relational/Childhood Trauma
Sex Addiction (must have certifications)
We are seeking clinicians who hold training or certifications from one of the following theoretical models including (but not limited to):
EFT
RLT
PACT
IFS
Bader Developmental model
AASECT
Benefits
Part time W2 employee clinician: up to 15 client hours per week
Full time W2 employee clinician: up to 20-25 client hours per week
Flexible scheduling
Consistent referral flow (couples, individuals)
Malpractice insurance coverage
CEU requirement coverage
Paid staff meetings
Social staff outings
Full service administrative support, Electronic Health Record platform (including telehealth), and marketing coverage
Training stipend ($500+) within first year towards a couples therapy certification (EFT, RLT, PACT, etc.) [FT employees]
Competitive pay per clinical hour depending on licensure status and experience (base pay starting at $70+ per hour)
